Wrestle Mania XXVI
Glendale/Phoenix, Arizona - adorned with big sky, bright stars and breathtaking vistas - has long been known as the gateway to the Grand Canyon. And this year it will also serve as home to The Grandest Stage of Them All, WrestleMania XXVI. Unrivaled in spectacle, triumph and exhilaration, the most striking event in entertainment will draw in excess of 70,000 fans from all over the world to the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale on March 28, 2010.
Harrington and Henry attended one of the most anticipated event in the valley today. Harrington is a huge wrestling fan.He wastes no time Monday evening completing homework so as not to miss wrestling at 7 P.M. Harrington posted a note on the refrigerator to remind them of the date and time tickets would go on sale for this even. It's interesting how kids take initiative when its something they want.
Harrington was so excited this morning that he cleaned his bedroom, did his laundry, and walked B,J, all before noon. WOW! If only he could do this every week without me having a C2J meeting with this teenager of ours.
The guys had a blast although they were up high in the sky, :) Thank goodness for JumboTron.

Bus Stop
It's cold and rainy here today in the Valley of the Sun. Yes, it does rain and get cold in the desert. Our little Desert Rat is very much acclimated to his habitat, but doesn't realize at time he's also human. He allowed me to drive him to the bus stop this morning, that’s as far as he would ride with me. Is it me or is this a male teenager thing? Harrington will let Henry take him to the front door of the school if needed, but not Mom. I simply am to STOP, DROP, and ROLL......
As a Mom I was concerned about my baby boy standing alone and unprotected in the rain so I raced back home to get his cap and offer to drive him to school, but again I was politely told "Mom, I'm ok, thanks for the offer, but I'll be fine, really". I just had to take his picture. A memorable moment.
